[WSBAPT] Petition to force PR to allow or reject creditor claim RCW 11.40.080

If anyone has a sample for a petition to force PR to allow/reject a creditor claim pursuant to RCW 11.40.080, I would appreciate receiving and outcome after hearing, how court addressed this.
Did you file in probate cause or under TEDRA RCW 11.96A?  Does it depend on whether in King or Snohomish or other county?  My case is in Snohomish and my experience has been that the commissioners send most litigation probate questions to TEDRA.
