[WSBAPT] PR w/ too much power

Hi Listmates,

Is anyone familiar with case law speaking to a limits on how much
discretion and power can be given to a PR in a lwt.

I believe there is case law stating that vague will provisions granting too
much power to PR are void but if anyone has direct experience with a
scenario like this, your help would be much appreciated.
