Subject: [WSBAPT] Changing venue of probate proceeding

Listmates:

Probate started in a county completely unrelated to the decedent's county of
passing, other than the matter was filed where the estate attorneys are
located. PR obviously blessed the move for tactical reasons, although PR
resides in county of decedent's death as are all other heirs but one ( who
also wants the matter moved). What is the process to move the proceeding?
Do you go under RCW 4.12.030? I could not find anything in the probate code
dealing with moving a proceeding. Your thoughts.
