Colleagues,

I am assisting a family with locating an attorney or firm to handle the probate of their deceased brother, a solo practitioner who practiced out of his home in Federal Way.  I have someone in mind but would like to additional options, just in case.  As I understand it, there are two roles – the probate proceeding and winding down the deceased attorney’s law firm.  There are some attorneys/firms who are willing to handle both, while others aren’t.  If you know of anyone who practices in this area, please let me know.  Please also indicate, to the extent you know, whether the attorney/firm is willing to handle the probate and the winding down of the law firm.
