Thank you for that information.  If anyone knows whether a Subscriber can participate in the listserv, I would very much like to hear about it.
After I retire, my office email will no longer be available to me, and I will start using my personal email account at Yahoo.  So I would like to get this resolved before the end of the year.

The Bylaws<https://www.wsba.org/docs/default-source/legal-community/sections/rppt/resources/rppt_bylaws_170727.pdf> of the WSBA RPPT Section<https://www.wsba.org/legal-community/sections/real-property-probate-and-trust-section> provide for 2 classes of membership. Voting members must be active members of the WSBA. Non-voting members ("Subscribers") can be a law student or any other person. Subscribers are entitled to receive the Newsletter of the Section and access "Members Pages" on the website. I would think that Subscribers can participate in the Listserv, but that is somewhat ambiguous. Maybe one of the Section leaders can clarify. I know from my experience as a leader in the Solo & Small Practice Section, we let our non-voting members participate in the Listserv.
I always appreciate your commentary, Phil, so I hope you can find a way to continue participating.

I am planning on retiring on 12/31/23, and I am either going to go inactive with the WSBA or possibly resign from the WSBA.
