[WSBAPT] SS appointment

Client reappointed as Guardian/Conservator - old Guardian canceled SSI; so the client has tried to get an appointment with SSI but has not had success.   A couple of weeks ago he went to SS office and showed them the Order removing the old Guardian and reappointing him and the person said SS would send him a letter.  But since no one took down any info, what would set that in motion?  I think that he needs to re-apply. Appreciate your direction here. Thanks, Mike Atkins
