[WSBAPT] Need referral for Eastern WA/Pullman-based attorney

Listmates,

PC is dealing with property transfer agreement and payment for care of an
elderly relative. PC lives on the east coast and the property is in Boise,
Idaho. PC has had an agreement with a cousin who lives in Pullman regarding
the sale and distribution of property, and PC and her cousin are having
conflict about sale of property and terms of distribution. PC needs an
attorney to help manage communication and strategize with PC about transfer
of property to her cousin.

Ideally would like to find someone licensed in WA and ID. But at the least,
someone based in eastern WA would be best for this client. Please share any
and all referrals, self-referrals welcome.
