Subject: [WSBAPT] CPA with incomplete date

Dear listmates,

Client and deceased spouse signed a community property agreement. The top of the document reads "This agreement made and entered into this ___ day of July, 1999...". The document was notarized, and the notary did fill in the date. In addition, the names of the spouses were misspelled in the document, corrected by hand and initialed. Thoughts on whether this presents any problems? My thought is to contact the title insurance company regarding the home to see if they will have any issues.
