[WSBAPT] seeking referral for quiet title action

Looking for an attorney to file a quiet-title action for a probate client of mine. I don't do quiet-title work, so I'm looking for referrals to provide. I will forward all names and contact info to my client. The property is a small piece of undeveloped land in the North Cascades. My client has a buyer, but there is an old lien, and all parties involved are deceased.
