[WSBAPT] Mobile home issue

My clients, along with the wife's mother, bought a mobile home in all three
names. Husband passed away. Community property agreement had been signed,
and a joint revocable living trust had been created although nothing was
done regarding this property.

The land is rented, so I believe the mobile home would be considered
personal property. Zillow says it's worth $107k.

What do I need to do to get the title out of all three names into the names
of mom and wife's RLT?
