Subject: [WSBAPT] Contested probate(s)

Potential client's dad died out of state, but owned a house here in Seattle. No assets in other state.

Here's the kicker: the house was owned jointly by him and wife who died years ago, and his step-daughter has opened probate for her mom claiming the property is hers.

Anyone interested in helping this PC to open a probate and contest the deceased wife's probate?
