[WSBAPT] ISO Attorney to Review Contract for Independent Living on Mercer Island

Hello Listmates -
I have frients* who live near my office in Columbia City, SE Seattle, and are on the wait list for an apartment at Aljoya Mercer Island. They would like an attorney to review the Aljoya contract with them, and I said I would ask around. Great couple who decided against making upgrades to their Seward Park home to be able to age in place. My conference room is available for meetings. Please let me know if this is something you feel comfortable doing, or if you know someone with experience in this area. Thank you!
