[WSBAPT] Probate: Cost of moving bequeathed item borne by Legatee?

Anyone know the authority for the above rule?

Example: Grand piano located in Seattle goes to a Legatee in NYC.
My understanding is that the cost of moving the piano belongs to the person getting the piano.  Not an estate expense.

Anyone have the authority handy?
