[WSBAPT] PR Refuses to Disburse Assets

This may be totally off-the-wall, but he filed an Oath to follow the Will.
Why not ask him to file a retraction of his Oath.  Then he is no longer qualified to serve and a vacancy in office results.
Then a petition that advises of a vacancy in office and the appointment of a successor.

Faster than instructions or removal.

Probate Estate is ready to close.  PR does not like the way the decedent directed disbursement of specific assets and now refuses to follow the Will.  Other than seeking to remove and replace the PR, is there a process within probate, like appointing a commissioner to sign transfer documents when a recalcitrant ex-spouse refuses to follow a divorce decree, to get assets moved?  Would you petition for instructions?
