[WSBAPT] Family Allowance

For the first time, I am dealing with a family allowance claim.  Do any of
you have a petition for such an award, that you could share?  The one I am
dealing with is contested, the surviving spouse v. adult disabled child of
the decedent (not a child of the surviving spouse).  Have any of you briefed
this issues as to how the court can divide the award under the statute?
