[WSBAPT] Wills for Israeli citizens

Listmates,

I will be meeting with potential clients who want to do estate planning.  They are citizens of Israel, not of the US.  Any big issues I should be aware of (aside from the obvious estate tax implications if they are not permanent residents)?
