I have a PC. He was sent notice for a hearing to appoint an Executor and
open probate in Thurston County for this Friday, November 3, 2023 at 2:00
p.m.

Intestate. Bad blood. Allegations of mishandling 1st parent's estate.

I just spoke with the PC and advised about the general rule for retaining
counsel and potential retainers. He has given me permission to share
additional details (case number, siblings counsel name, and his telephone
number with an express grant of permission that you can reach out to him).

Time is of the essence and every avenue he has tried to get counsel has
resulted in the inability to assist.
