[WSBAPT] Referrals for Oregon transplant client w/ prenup

Good afternoon all:

I spoke with a potential client who has a prenup from Oregon with her
husband (married 8 years). Not sure when they moved to Washington but it
was after they got married. They have kept all separate bank
accounts (except for one, sounds like JTWROS); the house and vehicles are
owned by the PC.

The PC's husband has stage 4 cancer, and the PC wants to make sure her
separate assets are protected from his debts (including what will likely be
expensive medical bills). I don't know enough about prenups, and moving
from a non-community property state to a community property state to feel
comfortable advising PC on her best path. Any takers?
