[WSBAPT] probate GAL?

Listmates, PR for estate with two heirs, both of whom are disabled. One on SSDI and the other on SSI. Under Will, both to receive inheritance outright. Net estate is a little over $100k, all liquid. Heirs have consulted with another attorney about self-settled trusts. Both want their inheritance outright.  Heirs are siblings, both 60+ years old, and living together. PR suspects the one on SSDI is controlling the one on SSI, and planning to take their inheritance from them. This is a non-intervention estate. Do I petition the court for a probate GAL for the heir on SSI? Only have basic knowledge about the SSI disability (ie. they have a low IQ). Any input appreciated - Shannon
