Good decision, Diane. These waivers rarely work except to convince the signer they don't have a case; judges don't seem to give them a lot of weight.

Hello,
This project is out of my wheelhouse so any referrals are appreciated.
I have a client that needs to put together a liability waiver for a bike ride fundraiser - he actually provided 3 samples (one from bloomsday) but I'm just not comfortable taking on a new area - I had worked with him in getting the charitable organization established and approved by the service and he is a great person.
