[WSBAPT] oil & gas leases to be titled in living trust

My clients, who are married,  own a couple of Texas oil & gas leases in which they receive about $300-$400 in income each year.  They would like to title these in the name of their Living Trust.

Has anyone dealt with these before and titling them in a Living Trust?  Any cons to doing so?
