[WSBAPT] QUESTION: COMMUNITY PROPERTY AGREEMENT - TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY

Hello Again Everyone:

I understand that there is an Affidavit that should accompany the recording of the Community Property Agreement which should state that the CPA is now revoked, and the spouse is deceased. Does anyone have a Template that s/he would be willing to share with me off list.

Spouse passed. Couple have a Community Property Agreement. I am about to record said agreement in King County where they live. Question: Is that sufficient to transfer title of the family home solely in the name of the surviving spouse, or do I also need to do a Lack of Probate Affidavit?
