[WSBAPT] seeking referral to estate planning attorney in Mason County, WA

Hi Listmates,
A dear former colleague of mine has a family member who has died intestate.
The surviving spouse (my colleague's brother) lives in Mason County, WA.

My understanding is that the deceased (wife) had no separate property.
Husband is trying to sort out how to deal with probate /  transfer the
title to two pieces of real property that were jointly held into his
individual name.

I don't live in the estate planning world and would welcome
connections/referrals to pass along.
