[WSBAPT] RCW 11.62 - Small Estate Procedure - Accessing bank box

Estate under $100,000 (no real estate) with one heir, a blood relative.
Have any of you used the small estate affidavit to gain access to a bank
box?  Of course, bank wants letters testamentary.
