[WSBAPT] Estate with pending foreclosure

I am opening a probate in Snohomish County Superior Court for a former employee of the court who died and hearing to appoint Admin. is set for this week.  The home is in foreclosure (set for 3/24) and notice was sent to the owner's address AFTER her death.  One of the decedent's daughters is living in the home and refuses access to other daughter.  I have contacted the company for foreclosure and am being ignored.  I sent an email with the death information and death cert., pleadings to open probate, and requested a stay given the improper service of the foreclosure notice.  I do not handle foreclosures.

If someone has experience staying a foreclosure once the Admin. is appointed with Letters, please let me know steps needed to stay with samples of pleadings and/or referral to an attorney to assist?  The Estate assets are mainly equity in this home (more than $250k).  We will need to evict the sister and sell the home.  Thank you.
