This says more about whomever sent it, not you. You are a kind, generous and very skilled attorney. You are a credit to the profession, not a detraction! I do feel the level of nastiness in law work has been ratcheted up exponentially – maybe it’s the pandemic? Maybe people just feel entitled to act like jerks…

Shake it off and bill them accordingly – be sure and apply the PITA premium 😊
