Subject: [WSBAPT] Urgent Need: Guardianship Attorney in Phoenix, Arizona

A client (designated as attorney-in-fact) is staying in Arizona with her mother who needs emergency in-patient mental health treatment. The facility has rejected the Washington Durable Power of Attorney and asked her to sign one of their forms agreeing to initiate guardianship proceedings in Arizona. Both persons are Washington residents staying Arizona temporarily.

Any referrals for Arizona attorneys handling guardianship work would be much appreciated.
