[WSBAPT] Amending Letters Testamentary

I have found that a motion to change the name in the case caption, or add an a.k.a. is required.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Amending Letters Testamentary

Letters Testamentary issued to PR using her "every" day name.  Bank won't open estate account unless Letters issued in the name as it appears on drivers license.  Do I need a motion to amend the letters or can I just submit amended letters with the corrected name?
