[WSBAPT] funding a revocable living trust

Dear Listmates:

I am setting up a revocable living trust for a client with real property in Washington, Arizona, New Jersey, and Florida.  I want to consult counsel in each of these states to make sure the deed into the trust is done properly and that the trust will work to avoid probate in those states the way I want it to.  I have found Florida counsel, but not in Arizona or New Jersey.  Can anyone recommend lawyers in those states for this purpose?
