[WSBAPT] Referral Request - Student Loans

Greetings List Members -

Apologies for those getting duplicate cross posting.

I have been contacted by a client who is seeking a referral for a
client/customer of theirs (my client is a mortgage broker) who has an
interesting situation.

The PC procured parent plus loans to the benefit of their daughter, with
the agreement that the daughter would pay off those loans. The daughter's
spouse has apparently interfered with those payments being made and the PC
is looking for legal advice/counsel on their options.

I know nothing about student loans other than my own. If this is something
that you could assist with (or know someone who does this) please let me
know and I will pass along all names.
