[WSBAPT] Order on Revision remanded back to Commissioner instead of just signed?

Anyone have an Order on on Revision remanded back to Commissioner? I can not find a KCLCR on how to proceed. Do I now start from scratch again and make a new Motion and attach the Order on Revision?
