[WSBAPT] Credit card language

I don’t know how you would do that since the actual charge per transaction isnt known until the end of the month and it varies from month to month depending on the number of transactions you have so you wouldn’t know that charge at the time of the initial payment and I don’t know if it looks very good to send client an additional bill for the service charge after they’ve already paid the main fee
