[WSBAPT] Cost of Oregon Probate

I will also just share a personal experience that I am going through right
now. My parents died leaving behind a Deeded ownership in a Time-Share
Condo in Lake Tahoe (on the Nevada side). They have no equation of a Lack
of Probate Affidavit, so right now I am getting an estimate from local
Douglas County, nevada attorneys to open a probate so that I can give away
this darn time-share.

Had I known - I would have had my mother transfer it through just a QCD to
me before she died and then I could transfer it to another person.....but
because we waited until she died to look into this - we are stuck with this
process.

Tell everyone you know.
