[WSBAPT] QUESTION - BENEFICIARY DOES NOT WANT BEQUEST

If the beneficiary has not accepted the interest or the benefits thereof
and it is within 9 months of the date of death, would the beneficiary be
willing to sign a disclaimer of interest? Then PR can distribute to the
next in line beneficiaries now.
