Greetings!

My client just won a nasty fight in an intestate estate to be appointed Administrator. There is some valuable property in the estate, much of which was in the possession and control of Sibling, who was also attempting to be named Administrator. Sibling has repeatedly promised an exhaustive inventory of estate property and its whereabouts and alleged claims of current ownership, but has failed to provide this information. I need to send Discovery Requests related to this situation, but I don't have a template. Does anybody have a generic set of such requests that they might be willing to share with me?

Thanks for your consideration. Onward and upward!
