Hello Setereh,

The steps are the same but your drafting will be slightly different because you will want to point out that you are attaching the original Will dated xyz and First Codicil dated ABC and then any other codicil references.  Also I state that the Testator was competent to sign both the Will and the  Codicil(s) as of the date of signing.

Are there any different protocols for probating a Will with a codicil? Assuming both are validly executed. I have not had to probate a Will with a codicil before. I assume that we follow the same procedure to open probate, but would love to hear from those who have done it before.
