I don't believe you move the actual original but get a certified and just reference the filing information in our pleading - but I honestly don't know why - curious to read other responses.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Transferring Original Will Between Counties
Greetings All,
What are the thoughts of the listserv hivemind on the best way to transfer a physical, original will filed under a will-only cause in one county (Thurston County) to a second county (King County) for review/admission in a pre-existing probate cause?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts/advice.
Best,
-Ian
