I see this happen, but don’t understand why, but now I have to deal with it.  Community Property Agreement is recorded right after it is signed.  One spouse has now died.  I assume you just record the death certificate with a coversheet referencing the recorded CPA to trigger it, and the real property that will show only the survivor.  Like a TODD.  Is that how its done?
