I am in search of a couple independent Trust and Estate attorneys who would be interested in acting as a referees for a family who is having some conflict on an estate that is in probate and wanting the settle without having to litigate.  We will move to formal mediation if need be, but family members have expressed and interest in having a consult with separate counsel. Pls contact me off line if interested.
