The notary can be the 2nd witness if they can sign an affidavit with the appropriate attestation language.

Off the shelf Will that was signed, notarized, but with only one Witness.  I assume under Washington's strict rules regarding signing a Will the one in front of me is invalid.  Has anyone seen otherwise?
