Hey Diane, why not start with contacting counsel for the PR and ask if they
are planning to be the Resident Agent and will take service of the documents
and file a Resident Agent notice. If nothing else you might get the ball
rolling.

I am involved in a probate matter where the PR lives in Idaho but did not
file a resident agent but does have local counsel. I need to file documents
in the case - who would you serve local and out of state PR even though the
Resident Agent wasn't properly appointed.
