Few more questions - do you know where all beneficiaries are?  Will they all sign a waiver?  If they won't all sign or likely not to respond for whatever reason (and I see that happen), is your client seeking Nonintervention powers - if so and if you can't get all waivers, need to note for hearing.  Happy to go through this with you but I do have to draft some court documents for filing tomorrow now.
