[WSBAPT] Termination of Custodianship

[Allen Draher]

I was appointed custodian some years ago and the Minor will reach the age for termination in a few days.  I'm preparing my final report and wondering if I should distribute the assets and file receipts before filing my report or file my report now and have the Court Order provide that I distribute the assets and release me upon filing of the receipts?  Any guidance appreciated. Thank you, Allen
