Eric: I could do that and I go to Kirkland about once per week.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Kirkland area EP/Conservatorship referral

Potential clients-father in hospital with terminal illness but competent; mother in hospital with dementia, moving to a memory care facility; adult kids trying to deal with ancient EP documents that banks won't honor plus other difficulties. Probably looking at a need for emergency EP updates for father at the hospital, and possible consultation with the kids about options for assisting mother after their father passes (conservatorship/guardianship or other options).

Anyone interested or have a good referral? This probably would involve one or more trips to the hospital in Kirkland for father to sign updated EP documents.

Sincerely,

Eric
