I have a client whose spouse died at age 56. SS is 57. They have adequate resources and SS is elected to retire after sale of their business. He would like to speak with someone about his ability to receive his deceased spouse's social security now, if possible.

Anyone able to assist him or have a referral of who I should send him to?

Not something I have working knowledge on, neither does his financial advisors.

Thank you!
