I am looking for a Skagit County publication for Notice to Creditors. Hearing some outrageous prices. Can anyone share what publication they use? The Daily Journal of Commerce in King County is $129. Looking for something commensurate with those rates.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Notifying "street person" heir of probate proceeding


Listmates:



I never had to worry about this before, but now its come a knockin.  Father dies intestate.  No wife but three children.  One child has lived on the streets, for a long time, with no known address (physical or mail).  No contact with the other siblings.  How does one notify this person of the pending probate?
