[WSBAPT] Missing beneficiary of Trust

Anyone dealt with this situation?  I have a case where a beneficiary of a trust has been missing for 25 years. She is now in her 70s if still alive.  In reviewing 11.80.010, it contemplates assets held outside of a trust to trigger the statute's application, which seems odd in order to get to the point for authorized distribution.
