Interesting question!  I don't think I ever dealt with a rejected claimant who had an attorney.  I suggest asking the attorney if they will accept service, just to make sure.

The rejection statute indicates that a rejection of a claim must be sent to the claimant.  If they have counsel is the practice to send to both?  Believe it or not, this is a first for me in 18 years.
