[WSBAPT] Specific distribution of real property

I’ll be interested to see what other say but I don’t believe so – the legal will of course be put on the transfer document.  I have transferred many properties on an address alone.  Oh, I also add the legal to the inventory.

Testator's will states that her residence is to go to her friend. It lists the address of the residence, but not a legal description. Is the legal description necessary?
