Subject: [WSBAPT] Question about probate petition for instruction

Hello Listmates,

Does anyone know whether a petition for instruction may still be filed in WA within a probate case itself, asking for the court's instruction on a substantive issue?  Or does the PR need to file such a request in a new case as a TEDRA action?  It doesn't make sense to me to have the PR file an adverse action.
